the town is only 30 mins away. i'm not supposed to date til im 16 but i should still be able talk to him on the phone.

Does your dad check your E-Mail and chat?
You need to save up money for a trac phone and talk to him in your spare time.
But if your dad doesn't want you talking to a boy on the phone for three hours a day while you neglect your homework and whatever else, he's right.

Not talk to him! Your job is to obey and respect your Dad until you are on your own and paying your own bills. Parents have been through all the same problems and they know what is best for you. Act like a mature young lady and perhaps you will be treated like one.

You are so young. The realtionship with your man will not last so you should focus on the relationship with your parents because they will be close to you your entire life.
