hi. i am 15 almost 16 yrs. old and i am wondering what kinds of foods i should eat and what exercises i should do to increase my height? thanks.

Your height is determined by heredity. Nothing will make you grow taller than what nature has planned!

Unfortunately there are no exercises that you can do to increase your height or I would be as tall as Heidi Klum right now lol.I wish. You can eat healthy, take a daily vitamin and calcium/milk, rest, and exercise. All these things are necessary to promote good health. If your body is healthy then it can grow to its full potential. I DO NOT recommend taking steroids however, they have many health risks and really you shouldn't consider them an option.

I wish there were things that you could eat besides just eating healthy to increase your height but there aren't, and that goes the same for exercising. I'm gonna be short the rest of my life but atleast I'm healthy.lol Also you are still pretty young. You aren't done growing. Take care and Good Luck!=0)

I agree with a lot of the answerers that there are no exercises or special diets that will increase your height.

thats a good question however food doesnt make you grow vertically although it can make you grow horizontally. If you want to grow taller you can take either steroids or hgh-human growth hormone. Speak to a doctor before you try anything though.

Healthy food like corn will help you grow vertically. Do not lift a lot of weights, especially with your legs, muscle will restrict growth.

Its based if your genetics. OSrry, but if your parents are short then ur proably going ot be short but if ur paretns are tall then most likely u'll be tall also but if one of ur paranets are short and one parent is tall then 'll eithe rbe tall or short. SORRY. Try stretchign or jsut wait one mroe year for your growth spurt.
