I suggest that you travel the Cuota (Toll) Roads rather than Libre (free). The Cuota is a freeway and Libre is more like a highway and often times can be dangerous. It probably will take longer than 41 hours and 25 min because there is alot of road construction in the state of Nayarit.

Vancouver to Yuma, Arizona is 1561.6 Miles. Finding the miles in Mexico is a bit tougher.
