Try "Muscle Milk" I buy the vanilla flavor and then put frozen or fresh fruit in it. So far I've gained 8lbs in 2 months. It might not seem like a lot but it is very hard to put on weight when you are an active person. I move around a lot in my job. I also go to the gym 5 days a week. You also have to eat right. Eat a lot of lean meat and veggies. Work out and stick to it and you will see results, trust me. You can purchase Muscle Milk almost anywhere it's like $26 a container. I buy it from Vitamin Shoppe. Oh yeah, stay away from unhealty foods majority of the time because you would want to put on muscle not fat.

How much weight you gain will depend entirely upon what to do with it, once you have gained it. - Depending upon your metabolic-rate, you can gain the weight within a few days time.
You can GAIN the fatty-deposits (commonly pinpointed as weight-causers) by simply slowing down your lifestyle.
Instead of walking or exercising, try to exert less energy after eating.
Just remember to KEEP A SHARP FOCUS on your "criticals" (Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Blood Sugars) making sure to avoid overdoing these.
You can gain the weight within a few days, but it will take MONTHS or even longer to loose it when you realize that you really feel better as a lighter (weight) person.

Eat at Ryans, Chinese Buffets, and order pizza 3-4 times a week. I'm pretty sure you'll put on some weight. Not sure how much weight you are trying to gain.

There are supplemental drinks you can drink with each meal. I can't remember the name of the one I used..."Nutrament" perhaps? I had to gain weight when I was 17, and those helped immensely. Didn't take long either.

Look at your diet and increase your intake of carbohydrates and fatty foods. Get plenty of sleep. Weight train as opposed to doing aerobic activities.

Go to a health food store and ask for a product called "Weight On" but first check with your doctor to make sure he or she agrees you can use it safely. It works quite well.

1. Eat more things high in protein and work out.
2. Eat more things high in carbohydrates and sit around.

Option 1 requires more effort but is more effective since muscle volume weights more than fat.
