If you do not have a cell phone and you do not know where
the police station is located which is the case 9 out of 10 times, then stay away from them do not make eye contact if possible .
if you are behind them and they are breaking then turn off the
road and hide till they are gone .but get that license tag number if you can ,and turn them in .Stay in a populated place .Till you feel safe .

Don't engage them. People get shot for stupid car sh*t all the time. Just get out of their way. If they are following you, drive them to a crowded gas station or the police station. If they seem like they want to cause an accident, by all means call the police. your safety isn't worth your stupid car or lane or right of f-ing way!!!

Try to let them pass you by. Pull off into a public place. Do not respond to their remarks or gestures in any way.

If they follow you, slowly decrease your speed, put on you emergency flashers and use the horn to draw attention. Proceed to the nearest police station.

It's becoming more and more frightening to drive now. I've been hearing a lot about staged accidents too. What's the world coming to?
