well as ive moaned before, ive not been that lucky on the lovin' front! but i DO have a date on monday. we are meant to be meeting at Leicester Square for a movie and then whatever. the thing is, its been so long ive forgotten what to ******* do! do i dress smart or in jeans and t shirt? do i splash the cash or let her pay her way? and do i go for a snog or just let her take the initiative? grrr! help!

You don't need suit and tie for a movie, and if you go for the jeans clean and new looking and dress shirt pressed, and yes pay for it all, and I have no Idea what a snog is. Treat her like a lady, open the doors, politely ask her if you can buy her coke and pop corn or candy. Get her chair for her, let her sit first then you sit down. For heaven's sake don't look at any other girl around, make her feel like she is the only person you see. Good luck and have fun.

Go dressed comfortably, and let your date know that so she won't over- or under-dress. Most of my friends expect the man to pay for the first date (keep it simple, though), and then we go "Dutch" after that unless you have a lot more money than she does. The women I know (and I) prefer an informal first-date situation - and we don't like to feel we "owe" anything as a result. If you're a pleasant and realistic man, you'll find that nature will take its course as you date this lady more often. So, relax, enjoy yourself and get ready to meet a new person in your life.

Dress up a little to show her it's important to you, never let a woman pay that say's "I just want to be friends" there's that F word, take her for drinks after. If she is touchy feely make some moves, if not, just try to have a good time. Having fun will make her more likly to want another date, pressure will not.
You have done the hardest part, you asked and even if it goes no where you should understand that you can get a date.

Depending on where you go, I would just go relaxed, Jeans and nice polo shirt or button up untucked. Let her make the move if she wants to kiss ,but watch for signs, like her watching your lips, or she goes in a little but then backs away. DOnt splash the cash but dont let her buy anything, your the gentlemen so be it.

Take it slow on the first date... let her lead the way when it comes to "making moves"
1. ALWAYS pay unless she demands otherwise
2. Dress in something that is sharp, but comfortable... unless you go somewhere very formal and expensive for food
3. Keep up a good conversation and at the very least, APPEAR to be enjoying yourself. Say something intelligent... not just nod your head either
Pretty simple. Just be yourself and be confident

Just take it easy! relax, or you will scare her off because you're too stressed and excited. Everything will be fine, you will know what to do when the time is right, if you just calm down first. Be perceptive to her body language, you'd be surprised at how much you can tell about what a person is thinking, without talking.

You should dress in nice jeans and a nice shirt...nice shoes. Something that looks good on you. You should pay, and if shes getting close to you on the date, and shes liking your company, then Id ASK her if you can kiss her. Be respectful... dont push yourself on her.

Casual smart dress, offer to pay for everything, if she says she'll pay, offer to split it. Don't go for the snog, not until the second date. Good luck.

yeah, dress casual. doesnt have to be t-shirt, but a nice button down and jeans, even sneakers are good. you should offer to pay. dont say anything, just whip out the money and get ready to pay. If she says, oh no I got, tell her, "its ok, I got it, you can get the next time." its a smooth move and chicks like that.
