sometimes i feel like i see things as i get older it is very hard to explain but sometimes i think i see well... spirits. whether they are evil or kind i just don't know but at first it was really depressing and frightning but now i feel like i can communicate with them in dreams. please tell if this is just what happens in life or is it a gift? thankyou.

If you have a or think you have a gift , find a paranormal society , make an appointment, discuss and be tested to see if you really have the ability to see the paranormal/ghosts. Do not be embarrased by this, it has never been proven or disproven that people really have this ability. I wish I did, i think it would be awesome , and if you do have it you need to learn how to control it and channel it.

In one of your previous questions you are talking about homework so I am going to assume you are a kid/teen? Did you have a traumatic event in your life? Sometimes people deal with trauma in ways that are like what you describe. Feeling the presence of someone or something. I think you should tell your parents so you can talk to a counselor. There is something going on in your life that you don't want to deal with.

I guess it's a gift because I don't see spirits and know one I know dose(or say they do).

yeah i know someone who had that, sry but it's neither, it usualy is the sign of dementia or some psycological problem. I think the term for this kind of occurance is hallucination

some people will say you are crazy some will say you have a gift why don't you find out and go to one of they meetings and ask them to meet you. allot of people believe in this my Dad does I don't but each to there own.
But do go to a meeting it may help you good luck in finding out
