Tell her about how it would better if you had no friendship boundaries. Let her know how you would treat a girl you really care about, and how well she fits in your life.. Tell her "I really like you, and i think you deserve something really good. Maybe i'm not what you have (or had before), but i'm sure i can do the impossible just to show you how much i care about you...

Theres only one chance and thats stop being her friend.
You might totally loose her but is a risk you need to take if u want to get to her.
As long as she gets your friendship, she wont need you as a bf.
You need her to stop seeing you as a friend, and the only way is stop hangijg out with her, stop talking to her. if she calls, act indifferent, say that you are busy and dont have time to talk. after two or three months of that, maybe you ll see her somewhere, you can talk to her but act in a teasing way. She must feel attracted to you. No more Mr Nice Guy. Act cocky and funny.

you never said how old you are. so i am going to assume that you are young. you may be attracted to this girl but in 10 or 20 yrs will you want her as a friend? if so... leave it as friendship! she will have 100 boy friends in her teens and early 20`s. but a male friend in life is someone she will remember always. then if you two meet up later in life, who knows?? you could end up her husband.

She's made up her mind. You're stuck. Sorry. Unless you slap on some salsa pants and a button-up shirt and wisk her off her feet, I don't think she'll change her mind. sorry.
