I'd personally vote for a $10,000 fine, but that's just my opinion of the way the world is going - peopld diving out of buildings, jobs going overseas and the monotonous breeding for no other reason but to hold up a trophy to the neighbours and make mommy happy and carry on the family tradition!!

"What better way to get your life back together than to have a baby!!!"

"yeah we require a licence to hunt so that random people dont kill the young of certian animals"

You are kidding right?? You buy into the government's trying to protect the young animals??!! OMG. It's because they can't tax a deer or a rabbit or a fish (Which requires a licence too) but we're allowed to go to the store and spend $10 on CAPTAIN HIGHLINER.

The licence is a money grab. A human being can't even hunt for his/her own food anymore.

The government KNOWS that your kid is gonna grow up and work some debilitating job and pay ... TAXES!! That's why there isn't a licence required.

Hell, fine them $100,000, Father and Mother!!!

Oh yea.. My bad. You don't need a licence to hunt on your OWN LAND. Lots of people have half a million in cash to buy up all the land first right??

The reason I didn't choose to **** out a kid was A) I wasn't born rich, B) I haven't won the lottery, and C) if you don't have money, you are just making a S L A V E for your precious Government.

Tell me lies tell me sweet little lies. But Cap'n Highliner can come with a HUGE net and scrape all the remaining fish in the ocean and sell it to us in the store??!!

Get with the program. If you don't have money and hourque out a kid, your kid will be flippin flippin burgers at the flippin McDonald's. Hopefully they'll have a pension one day!!!!!!

Come on go have one!!!!!!!!!! Let the ******* thing come see the Beautiful People!!!!

When you have a kid, all you're doing is having someone who is going to sit in traffic for half his life, scraping by, trying to impress the women with a car he can't afford, paying outrageous rents, hahaha.

But just as long as you have that trophy to hold up!!!

Good point, it is TOTALLY a money grab. Where I live you can't even hunt on your own land without licences. In Minnesota according to some government study, the whitetail deer is a bigger source of commerce (not even goverenment revenue, but total money spent by the public) than any sort of livestock. I don't really see why you should need a licence for either one though(on private land anyway-that goes for hunting and "breeding"), it shouldn't be the government's role to plan out every detail of everyones' life.

You sound a little angry, buddy. Truth be known you do not need a license or tag to hunt on your own land, at least not in Ohio. Also, fees for licenses and tags were set up by sportsmen, the money goes to fund wildlife preservation. So technically these fees go to benefit you and I.

As far as a license to breed, this country was founded on freedom. Reproduction is one freedom that will never fall, although there are several people in this country who should not breed. Some would say the same for you, as you seem to be a very angry individual.

you hunting liscence money goes to your state game and fish commision in order for them to determine proper harvest limits to ensure proper conservation of the animals.

as far as breeding, i think a liscence would solve alot of problems in this world, they should require that a couple be married for atleast 3 years before having a baby and require atleast one of the parents to have a full time job and to have had that job for atleast a year. punish violaters with spade and nuetering.

this sounds good and probably would fix alot of things but it would be totally un-american and would infringe on the freedoms that too many people have died to protect. so no i dont agree with having to have a liscence. but i still think some people do not need to reproduce. specifically those that live off of government checks. 90% of them are just too lazy to work while the ones who are truly disabled are living off of 650 bucks a month and maybe food stamps.

You are absolutely right. You need to pass a test to hunt, drive . You need licenses to sell cars, own a shop, buy & sell real estate. However any one can procreate with out a licenses or test of any kind. AND it doesn't cost you a penny. But a lot of times the tax payers end up supporting your creation.

Actually, I have to agree with you to a certain extent.....

Licensing to breed is a bit far fetched - but I do beleive that every woman should be required to take parenting skills courses - along with their male partners - prior to giving birth. There are way too many teen pregnancies and unwanted births in this country.

no, and that is a highly offencive question. comunitsts do that.
yeah we require a licence to hunt so that random people dont kill the young of certian animals, thus causing the animals to become endangered or extinct.
having a baby is a personal chioce. not something that can even be CLOSLY compared to murdering an animal.

Bit of a crap analogy really and no, i don't.

You'd certainly keep all the "trophies" solvent, taking your kids to the McDonalds Drive-Thru in your clean car with new catalytic converter.

Sounds like you need to get your *** back to college and try and make something of your life - you might then find that the chip on your shoulder stops weighing you down.

OK, it's an interesting theory. So what agency would issue (or deny) these licenses? Dept of Health? Social Services? The FDA?
And who's it going to deter? If people want to get it on, they will!

I don't believe woman should have a licence to breed, but some woman shouldn't have kids until they take and pass a parenting class. "Certified Parent"
