Are there any p2p programs that have download managers as plugins installed in them or something.?

the reason I'm asking is because download managers cut the download time in half but you can't download torrents or files like p2p.

P2P programs do work similar to download managers in that they download from multiple sources at the same time...this is already built in. If nobody has any parts of a file you are downloading, or there are no sources, the download will be slow or not download at all until something becomes available.
