Personally I would go for something classy with a little bit of beat. I will tell you stay away from clubbing music and anything to party dance like.... I just remember being at the super fancy wedding and they had a really fast club song to enter in by.... and all the bridesmaids were dancing around like nut case in a strapless dress and none of them heard of a strapless bra!!

Sounds stupid- but play it first and walk to it (in your livingroom when no one is home) and see how it feels..... that's what I am doing to figure it out...I have cut out a couple of songs that way...

The song that you play when you come into the reception needs to be something fun, upbeat, and lively. This is a time to pick something that both of you like and it is something that you can have fun and dance to.

Find something that suits you both and means something to both of you. Song selction should be about you as a couple. Some of my songs at my wedding were:

The Verve "Bittersweet Symphony"(Looped just the beginning insutrmental and played while bridesmaid walk down)

Billy Idol "White Wedding" (we playedabout 10 seconds of this as a joke when I walked down)

Ella Fitzgealrd " At Last" (I walked down to this after White Wedding)

Pink "I'm comin out...Get this party started" (our entrance song)

Dave Mathews "Crash" (our first dance)

Carol, My fiance and I are using Jack Johnson's "Better Together" song to walk down the isle. It all depends on your prefered genre of music. There are also some Sade songs that would be beautiful, and you can't go wrong with Mozart!

Pechabel's Canon in D. Every time my wife hears it played it reminds her of our wedding day. Aside from that it is a great piece of music. I highly recommend it!!!!

White lion---til death do us part.........As we talk the golden mile
Down the pretty aisle
I know that you are mine
And there?s nothing in this world
That I know that I won?t do
To be near you everyday
Every hour every minute
Take my hand and let me lead the way
All thru your life
I?ll be by your side
Till death do us part
I?ll be your friend
My love will never end
Till death do us part
When I wake up everyday
With you lying in my arms
I wonder if I?m dreaming
When I look into your eyes
I just can?t believe it?s true
That my heart belongs to you
Baby you can have it all
Take my hand and let me lead the way
All thru your life
I?ll be by your side
Till death do us part
I?ll be your friend
My love will never end
Till death do us part
There?ll be good times
And there?ll be bad
But I will stand beside you woman
All the way
And thru the years
As life goes on Rn? on
When snow will fall on winter nights
I?ll keep you warm inside
Yeah baby I will
All thru your life
I?ll be by your side
Till death do us part
I?ll be your friend
My love will never end
Till death do us part
