Mineral water should be served at the temperature that is most satisfactory to your own individual tastes. I believe room temperature still water is for people with no fridges or those that are too lazy to refill their glass and will drink water that has been sitting by their beds for 2 days.
I think most normal people prefer to drink mineral water chilled, just like it recommends on the bottle.

both water can be served chilled or at room temperature!

When people dine and they ask for water, you ask them still or sparking, then ask them if they prefer cold (chilled) or not (means normal, room temperature). Most of the time people prefer to have chilled water.
