Silk Therapy by Biosilk is a serum you put in after you wash your hair - it makes your hair look shiny and feel nice and soft - I love it! You can find it at most Salons and sometimes Costco carries it in their Shampoo and Beauty section.

one of my friends told me to put ice cubes on ur head and then tie a plastic bag around ur head and the ice cubes and then leave it in for 30 min-1hr but u should wear a towel on your shoulders since it will drip. a much faster method would be the john frieda lines of "billiant burnette", "radient red", or "sheer blonde" (depending on your hair color) there are these "shine shock glosser" stuff and that works well u can buy them at any drug store but you can look at them online: http://www.johnfrieda.com/products/products.asp?pid=17§ion=products&subSection=brilliantBrunette&lineID=2
good luck!
