Poor you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ive broken my toe before,i went to A+E and the wait was so long for an xray i just went home. The next day i went to my doctors and had it xrayed there and all they did was tape it to the toe next to it, Bloody hell i could of done that my self!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But apparently as you probably know they can't do anything for broken toes. So no i wouldn't bother, Ive heard lying on the sofa watching DVDs and eating chocolate really helps the healing process. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no ... there is nothing that the hospital can do for broken toe. Place a piece of cut sponge between that toe and the next .. as a soft splint .. then wrap a plaster around both.

As far as I know there's not much they can do with a broken toe, just wrap it with the toe next to it. How do you keep breaking it?

I don't think they do anything for a broken toe. I believe they just put a splint on it. Try putting your own splint or tape it to the other toe til it heals. Good Luck!

if its your big toe, wrap it in strong gauze and make a little wooden plank to keep it straight.
breaking a toe will only affect your postur or balance if its the 2-3 toes inbetween.
if its your pinkie toe, jsut wear loose shoes and wrap all of your toes in tight gauze to keep it straightened.

Make sure to take the gauze off while you sleep and change it every morning to prevent infaction and to let your toes breathe

Sometimes toes do not heal, I broke seven toes in two years, and have been told not to expect them to heal. Therefore you might want to just put up with it. Equally you might want to go to A&E and have them x-ray it, they might be able to strap it up so it does heal. The choice is yours!

You should go to a foot Specialist and let them check you out before going to the hospital to get it set again.

I think it would be in your best interst to get it looked at and re set you don't the bone to grom improperly it could cause you more pain in the long run.
