Nothing personal, but your question is a little...mumbled. Are you saying that you feel bad that you are not orgasming, but your partner is? If that is the case then maybe you feel bad because you are not experiencing the pleasure that she is receiving. It could make you feel like you are not part of the session, thus making you feel so bad.
My recommendation is for you to keep trying at it and try new positions, as well as try different sensations (hand play, light biting, etc.); this might trigger something you like.
