which is easy to raise the chi or the yorkie?
i can't help my self i love small dogs.

I know nice yorkies but I would have to say Chi's because I am a biased owner. I really had no problems raising my chihuahua Chanel- easy to potty train, never cried at night, has only barked 4 times in her life, and loves people. However I know that my dog is kinda a rare case, and that most little dogs are prone to being hyperactive and can have some personality issues/mood swings. I suggest you go find breeers for both and go spend some time with the puppies. I am sure you will bond with one and then you will know. Good luck! Little pups are so much fun!
and as far as being "yippy" I know a lot of people who go through training with their dog and never have this problem...you just have to be strong willed because these dogs are very smart and can be quite stubborn at times.

I've had both breeds, and currently have Yorkies and Pomeranians. I like the Yorkie temperament much better than the Chi, although the Yorkie does require more grooming!

Hmm, they are both yippy. I have never owned either, but I know some people with yorkies. They have to be groomed regularly and that can get expensive. Other than that, I dunno. I'd pick a yorkie over the chi.

All breeds of dogs, big and small, need to be trained for obedience and socialized. I have two large dogs and we've been chased/barked/snapped at by way more tiny little pocket dogs than large dogs because people don't think they have to train small dogs. Small dogs, bred to be companions, are very posessive of their owners and you need to train and socialize to make sure that the dog doens't nip at every person/dog that approaches you.

I LIKE YORKIES THEY DONT SHED YOU CAN KEEP THERE HAIR SHORT FOR LESS GROOMING AND THEY ARE HYPERALOGENIC FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALERGIES THEY ARE THE BEST I AM A BREEDER FOR 20 YEARS I HAVE ALOT OF REPEAT BUYERS BECAUSE OF THIS

id say chihuahua is easier, but it is VERY PROTECTIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
