I have a eleven-year-old daughter who has 4 loose adult teeth. They aren't very loose but they do move slightly. Is there anything that I, or a dentist can do to prevent them from falling out?

The last time my daughter has been to a denist was about mid-summer. They said she had no problems, but may want to consider braces.

Teeth all wiggle SOMEWHAT, if you look closely enough. An 11 year old will have teeth that are still erupting into the mouth. If you check those teeth, it is normal for them to be looser than the others. Just don't keep checking it or you will cause problems. You say, "they aren't very loose," so I'm basing my answer on that information.
