THC is a fat soluble substance. The more you smoke the longer it will take to get clean.
For an occasional joint, 2 weeks.
For a chronic smoker up to 6 weeks.
You can try masking agents but they don't work, even the "guaranteed" ones they sell on the internet. Health food stores or even vitamin places have solutions that will clean you out, but you will have to consume lots of water to keep yourself clean. Clear urine is an indicator, as is dark urine (niacin).
But there is another factor. Simple flushing will work on a simple panel urine screen. It will not work on a GC/MS test. And flushing still requires at the minimum 7 to 10 days abstinence.
Best thing to do, if you have to partake in something, is to stop smoking 2 or 3 weeks before and start drinking when you'd normally light up. You get happy and have the addedd benefit that alcohol makes you urinate and helps clean the THC from your system. But like always, if you're going to partake don't drive.

If you have smoked dope recently then it will show up in your urine - no way around that. No doubt it will occur to you that if you can somehow give someone else's urine as a sample then you might be able to get away with. Just make sure that the other guy doesn't smoke dope or do heroin, crack and anything else illegal as well.
Incidentally, I'm surprised that you're having a urine test - in the UK it's becoming increasingly common to test a hair sample. Drugs get into your hair as it grows and basically stays there. This means that if you have taken drugs in the last 3-4 months it will show up.

Niacin... Or that new drink stuff called "The Stuff" They sell both of these objects at GNC. The drink is about 75 bucks. If you take niacin you have to take 4, then 3, then 2, then 1. How do you know when to take the next dose? Wait until you stop feeling really sweaty. The pills make you sweat and pee a lot, so be prepared. The drink will make you pee for hours... Might as well pop a squat and drink on the pot with a book or a game-boy.

Trust me, I am dealing with the childrens aid right now and there is no way to pass a piss test unless you are clean.
Here's how it goes:
Marijuana: 3 weeks
Alcohol: 24 hours
Cocain: 3 days
Methanfetamines: 2 days
Prescription Drugs: 1 week depending on the drug
These are the time frames in which they stay in your urin.
A hair test is different everything stays in your hair until it grows out. One centimeter of hair is equal to one month of time.
