i don't know about noses, but feet smell because legs grow out of &#$$ :)

LOL!!Noses RUN (mine is running right now) when you have colds or have an allergy to pollens-- or has allergic rhinitis because the sinuses are sensitive to pollens. Feet smells when it is perspiring or has moist and it is being close for hours or simply because of fungal infection, that causes the odor.
