Yes first of all, it's not good for your bladder to hold anything. This is dangerous and could harm you.
Secondly, You could have an accident, in front of people, or people that matter, or in an important place.
Finally, If you did have an accident, You would really need a shower and a change of cloths right away!!!!!!!!!

Well, that depends on why and how long...If your just asking for in general and not a specific reason (in a meeting, etc), then YES. Good bowel habits are important for the body. Constipation is a serious complication that can have alot of negative effects on the body. If you have to go, then go.

How long are you talking to "hold it"? Minutes, hours, days?? If you have a preexisting bowel condition, then yes it can affect you by causing your condition to flare up. It could also lead to constipation, which can lead to an obstruction, which can lead to surgery if it goes on for too long. In other words, when ya gotta go poop---go poop!

yes...of course it is it can cause kidney infection and you can't go for days then you get a terrible stomach ache...then you can't eat a lot
