I want to buy some aerobic videos to tone, I don't need to loose weight AT ALL in fact I'm a bit on the small side. What kind of aerobics do you suggest?

Yoga and Pilates are great toning exercises. They both concentrate on your "core" area (stomach, hips & butt). They can be done at home or in a class at a gym.
