I did and in reply to another answer I also read the first and second readings i.e. read them out in Church. First reading Isaiah Second Reading Letter of St James.Surely it would have saved a lot of unnecessary replies if you had stated how many Catholics had been to Mass on Sunday then we wouldn't have had the usual, "I'm not Catholic", brigade chirping in!

Barney, I gave Catholicism up for Lent about 15 years ago, & I just never went back.

Last time I went to Mass was when I was a bride's maid in my sister's wedding in 1993. (They even made me go to Confession first!) She's divorced now. She doesn't go to Mass either.

never been to mass, or even any church on a sunday,try to avoid the places really.

I definitely did. (what you should have asked is what the readings were and that would be the true test of whether they went to mass or not)

I went to a service in a congragational church with comunion but not to mass is that for the blind masses ??

religion as a whole is a human creation.The name, the figure and the lifestyle. jesus was a very creative person. I could think of better religions.

i didnt go and havent gone since I was forced to in 1996. I'm not Catholic nor religious - so I would never go.
