I would have moved on after the first 5 months. You just need to get over it, find someone who shares the same feelings as you.

If you have told her how you feel and she does not feel the same it is going to be hard for you to move on but you have to if you do not want to spoil any type of friendship that you have with her by making her feel uncomfortable. Start going out with other friends and try meeting other girls but do not try to compare the girls to your crush. Good luck

do your best not to think about her no matter what, and try to find someone else to date. there is nothing else to it. I had the same problem for four years.

It happended to me as well, but I said to myself that i needed to stop seeing her and do other things.. so I decided to start thinking only in myself a lot that sucess came to me.. now i have a lot of things that I couldn't get when I was attached to her...
