Go outside and ascertain where the waste (The big pipe) is in relation to the new position. If it is on the same wall you are probably OK. However unless you are very skilled don't try it yourself. If you do get professional help, install the new bathroom BEFORE you disconnect the old one.

You will need to configure where you will run a 4" or 6" PVC pipe for the flush to your main Pipe down stairs.
