Not to scare you but it could be a brain tumour. That happened to my friend in school, she started losing her balance even when sitting down, falling off her chair and things like that. Also seemed to be rather tired all the time. Turns out she had a brain tumour which they caught in time.

As someone else said. Go see a Neurologist ASAP! Hope you get better soon.

all these symptoms means that u r loosing the coordinativative function of ur brain which is in the Cerebellum.. it is here where the main centres for our breathing, heart rate etc are located.
so my best advice to u is to go and see a NEUROLOGIST asap!!!

have you had an ear infection lately? My balance was messed up after this but better now. Sounds like you need a checkup
