ok there is this guy at my church and hes been liking me since i was 9 im 15 going on 16 and he be staring at me all the time hes not very attractive he was molested as a child and i feel bad for him i dont know ifi should give him a chance or not what do you think?

Dont make your decision on the fact that he was molested as a child and certainly dont do it just because you feel sorry for him! That will only hurt him more in the end! Only give him a chance if you believe you could learn to care for him. LOOKS r not the most important thing in a relationship! He could be absolutely wonderful to you and treat u like a queen! But really- dont lead him on just cuz u feel sorry for him

him being molested as a child should not come into play here...honestly it shouldn't. If that's why you think you should give him a chance, don't because he'll know it was pity.
If he seems like a nice, sweet guy then i would say maybe hang out with him (not date) and see if his personality will make him look more attractive to you, if not maybe you can at least have a friend :)

It just depends, do you not have any feelings for him at all? If you don't then don't lead him on but if you do have some feelings for him then yeah give him a chance but don't go out with him just because you feel bad for him. All that will do is hurt him even more than he's already been hurt.

Well, I don't think it's a good idea to give someone a chance because you feel "bad" for the guy. I think you should go with your heart or the relationship would be meaningless. Please review your options before you make your decision.

Wrong thing to do fi you feel sorry for him. You cant be with him because you think you doing yourself a favor by geting with him and not seeing him lust for you. When you feel love and attraction then think about getting with him. Until then let him be just dont be mean to him. Hey be his friend.

if u dun feel any chemistry with him,u can always stay as gd pals relation with him,dun have to give him a chance jus becos he been liking u so long,love dun work this way :)

I dont think he wants you to go out with him because you feel bad for him. MAybe aask him if he wants to be friends and see how he is after u hang out with him for awhile who knows maybe you will like him.

well if you like him then maybe you should give him a chance it doesnt matter about how he looks...but if you dont like him at all then you cant change your feelings...and thats not your fault!
