My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

balanced diet. exercise 3 days a week with some cardio and toning, make sure you stretch. 64 oz. of water every day. calories depend on how much you weigh to begin with. you don't want to reduce too much. but here's an example for 1200 cals. eat

3 veggies
2 fruits
2 milks/yogurt
6 oz. of meat (this includes cheese)
5 breads (this includes starchy veggies like potatoes or corn)
2 fats

if you want to add more to that, i would add another fruit first, then a milk, then a bread, then a veggie, then a fat, then a meat. in that order.

Im 5'1 and 120lbs, last year i was 5'1 and 161 lbs!!!! yea believe it, i tried trimspa, and lost 10 lbs the first week...no green tea or anything like that...just eat healthy, which is what i did...i didn't exercise though...but it still worked out. i lost a total of 40 lbs in a couple months! and over a year later, i haven't not gained one pound back...and after i did that, i now have my conscience trained to avoid bad foods... i.e. now they make me feel sick.. but thats good right??? trimspa, im serious, walmart a bottle of 75 for $20.00!!! by the way, trimspa, curbs your appetite. but you can eat as much as you want, i used to be able to eat a 6inch sub sandwich, but now i can barely eat the whole thing.....what ever you do all day, when you feel hungry, drink WATER!! no soda, candy, sweets, breads, carbs.... and if you do, do not over do it.

it relatively is what my journey taught me,in case you're taking in extra energy then you definately burn then you definately the two benefit weight or stay the comparable. It seems such as you have a sturdy work out,yet your shake till now mattress has to pass.Your physique will keep that as fat as you wont burn it on a similar time as your dozing.i substitute into on your comparable boat till i found out whilst your abdomen starts growling for foodstuff it relatively is whilst it relatively is going to initiate burning saved fat,so do no longer eat something, merely drink some domicile made tea, black tea or eco-friendly and you will see the burden fall off you.i all started doing this at lunch time and it took approximately 2 weeks to lose twenty pounds.desire this enables you, sturdy success.
