I'm going to say no. While it doesn't specifically list it, I'm willing to bet they'll make you throw it away (and it'll tie up the line), so I wouldn't take it.

"All creams and lotions including Neosporin or first-aid creams and ointments, topical or rash creams and ointments, suntan lotions, moisturizers, etc." Chapstick would probably fit into this category.

I CANNOT believe they won't allow gel insoles or chapstick, but you can take a 7" screwdrivers & a pair of sissors. I understand the safety concerns, but this is getting rediculous.

If it says Blistex, that could be any product they make, but Blistex makes chapsticks too so I would say that chapstick is banned. Any cream, gels, shampoos etc. are being banned now so it's a good possibility so is chapstick.

Since liquids and lotions were banned, they may be referring to the cream/ointment Blistex. I just read earlier that they will be relaxing those rules so you may want to call the airline directly and ask them before your departure date.

i circulate by tubes and tubes of all varieties of lip balms, salves or maybe BEE'S WAX... no longer something worse than dried, cracked, chapped lips. My favorites nonetheless are those with nutrition E and sunblock in them.
