i ship out for the us navy in 2 months and well i have no sexual feelings yet every night for 2 weeks we have stayed out till 6 in the morning talking about every thing i really know i love her i do every thing but say it and i know she feels similer

Then don't! Two weeks is too soon to be telling her that you are in love...She would run in the opposite direction to get away from her.

Nope, more than likely you are more attracted to her outside because you haven't gotten to know who she is on the inside.

No way.
You tell a girl you love her, only two things can happen.
She can reply - "well I don't love you". Which is embarrassing.
Or worse yet, "I love you too"!. Then your screwed. You will stuck with this lady for a long, long, long time.

my cousin was dating this guy for about 3 weeks and he told her he loved her *he really really did* and she kinda got weirded out but just cuz he said it so soon within the relationship but she got over it...if its what u feel then say it

umm well if its only been 2 weeks i would wait it out and make sure that you KNOW that you love her.
sadly, in society today the words "i love you" is overused and misused constantly. they are thrown about when they aren't truely meant. i would wait until you KNOW that you love her, you don't want to waste the words.

Dont tell her you love her. You might want to say "I care about you a lot" or something like that. Please dont say LOVE yet!!!!
