I think Stone Manor is hiring. It is a supermarket just outside Brussels (in Everberg, near Zaventem) which stocks UK merchandise for the expat community. There is no language requirement. Look on-line for an application.

Every restaurant need some people to help: washing dishes, cleaning,....
Go to a iterimburo, they will help you: Creyfs, Adecco, Randstad, ...
