I met this guy through my friends boo, it's his brother. and at first it seemed like he only wanted sex, but now I've talked to him on and off since like the begining july.. and I really like him but don't like showing it.. I don't wanna act all stuck on him. We've had a couple good conversations and kissed a few times, but the only time I see him is when we're all partying.. So, is he like playing hard to get or what? it's kinda like we both want the other person to make a move.. But I'm a lady, he has to make the move, right?

Try this...the next time you talk, arrange something casual and non-dateish, like going to the mall, going to a beach, walk in a park etc. Anything to get away from the party scene. It sounds like you have the sweetest thing going on right now between you 2. Should he make the first move right now? Yes and no. Yes, because sometimes guys have to man up, but on the other hand, we have a serious disadvantage by being a guy. It's not that he may feel intimidated, it's that he may feel he may come on a little too strong. If you like him, let him know it.

No.. If you like him and say you have good conversation with him, talk to him about it. Is he a shy person? If not then if he wanted something he would have probably asked already. If he is shy then maybe he is nervous about asking and afraid of rejection.
Only you know his personality. But if you want something more, let him know or it might never happen. Whats the point of waiting anyway. If you find out he is not intersted, then you can move on with your life.

Well you can tell if he likes you by the way he acts around you, if he calls you, and if he introduces you to his friends. And about making the first move. Some guys are just as shy as you are!
