Between consenting adults, all is fair in love and war. Go for it! You deserve as much happiness as you can get out of this life. If he has a girl, whatever that means...so what? As long as his business with her doesn't interfere with your business with him, then all is well. Live. Love. Taste the ecstacy of unbridled passion, even if it is stolen. The sweetest fruits are those which are forbidden. If you weren't already leaning towards this adventure, you wouldn't be in here seeking approval. Very well then: go forth and enjoy every ounce of delight you can. And, have a great day!

Ok, there are many ways to approach this...

First off, you said he is older than you. Does this mean that you are under 17, and it may be considered illegal to date him? If so, give it some time, because like you said, he has a girl.

If you are an adult, then that's just it, you're both adults and you can handle age differences.

And now you say he has a girl. Hhmm... I know it is hard to ignore your feelings, but you really have to lay low for a while. You never know if this guy is really right for you, so maybe you should get to know him for a while. It's okay to keep talking to him, but in the mean time, keep your options open. Maybe your true love is out there and you are one man away from finding him. And if I am wrong, and he breaks up with his girl, approach him slowly. He may be suffering from a broken heart, and you don't want to be a 'rebound' girl. Let him get to know you and the chips will fall where they may!

What do you mean by he has a girl? He has a daughter or a girlfriend?

If he has either though it really depends on how much you like this guy and if you're willing to work out it. You kind of need to weigh out how much you like him to what he can offer to you in the relationship as well. If he has a girlfriend though, it would mean also that he is willing to leave his girlfriend so that you can start a new relationship. During the process however if his girlfriend really likes him too it can get ugly.

Quit. If he has a girl, what's the point? He is either playing with her emotions, or looking to play with yours. Either way he's a loser. Men have such high self esteem. What he's saying to you is "I'm such a commodity among women that I can insult you by TELLING you that I have a girl, and you'll still take what you can get of my time".

Since he does have a girlfriend already he is off the market for you. If you want him to be your boyfriend then being "just friends" won't cut it. Put yourself in his girlfriends shoes and ask yourself how do you think she would feel about you getting close to her man. Even if he drops her for you who's to say he won't do the same to you when someone else comes around.

are you trying to be a homewrecker? Good grief girl, leave the guy alone until they break up! Don't try to come in between them, you may get burned in the end!

Your wasting your time. Find somebody who has the time to give you all of their attention. Besides, karma is real dear, what comes around will go around.
