Cut out all fast foods and soft drinks. Weight will come off slowly but that's the best way to lose it.

The Cambridge Diet. It's cheaper than Slimfast and contains more nutrition. Not found in stores but you can buy it online and it comes with a money back guarantee. Go to the website below and click on "The Diet" for the different variations of the diet available. You definetly lose weight on this diet but you can choose the plan that works best for you. It also contains 100% of your daily nutrition so it will really make you feel good too. Perfect for college students and you can even make it in your dorm! There's contact info on the website if you have more questions but I think everything you'll want to know is already posted there. I lost 17 lbs the first 3 weeks. A months supply costs about $130. You can either use it as your sole source of nutrition (the Fast Start Program) for maximum weight loss or use it in conjunction with a regular meal (the Maintenance Program)

I absolutely love the Nutrisystem diet. It is amazing! I sound like a freakin' commercial - I know, but it is seriously like the pounds just fall off & stay off too! And it's not a hard diet at all to stick too. All of the food is prepackaged and sent right to your door. And all you need is a microwave and water to make these meals. You also need a few veggies & fruits also. The draw back is the price, which is around $289.00 a month (including shipping costs). Thats pretty steep but this diet works wonders. I lost around 13 lbs a month on this diet. You can check it out at www.nutrisystem.com. There are always people there to answer your question for free and the online stuff is also free. Yahoo also have a lot of yahoo groups that are very helpful. I hope I helped a little. I am just telling you thin from personal experience becuase nothing else worked for me. Have a great day and good luck sweetie!

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Exercise does very little for weight loss. Diets can be hard on your body, even destructive. Try eating small meals every three hours. And don't eat anything past 5pm. For example eat a salad, three hours eat a single piece of pizza (no coke), another three hours later eat a fruit. Keep your drinks low in sugar, so no cokes or any carbonated drinks. Stick to water and juice, but keep in mind that fruit juices are high in sugar also.

You really need both a sensible way of eating and regular exercise. Most diets fail eventually because they're extreme and can't be sustained.

I recommend the approach that's taught in this ebook, which is available for instant download at http://necessaryvirtues.com/recommends/burnthefat - it's helped me a lot.

The best way to lose weight & keep it off, is by doing exercise. I use Pilates & wouldn't think of doing anything else. Good Luck! :)

keep eating small amounts of food more number of times rather than eating big size of meal 3 times a day. And eat more protien, less carbohydrates. It works for me.

I don't care what anyone says. The short and simply answer to this: Diet and exercise.
Its the only way. As much as you may not want to hear it.
