Headaches are caused by stress/tension, too much sleep, too little sleep, blood-sugar level problems, too much sun or heat, sinus problems, wisdom teeth problems, sleeping the wrong way (and having your neck or head twisted or otherwise not properly positioned), needing eyeglasses, or other medical conditions. They can be a side-effect of some medications or alcohol, and sometimes taking some headache medicines too regularly can create a rebound effect. Some scents can give people headaches.

Caffeine withdrawal, smoking too much and wine can cause headache. So can sitting in one position (like at a computer terminal) and holding your head a certain way. Even walking in the wrong kind of shoes too much can throw off your whole back and neck and cause a headache. Stuff in the indoor environment can cause it. Jaws that aren't lined up correctly can cause headache.

Migraines tend to be their own thing and don't seem to be what you have.

Note: It is entirely possible to have some sinus problems but not have nasal congestion or any obvious pressure that's usually associated with sinus problems. I've had headaches that I wouldn't have guessed were sinus-related because I had no obvious sinus problems and the pain wasn't as severe as sinus- headache pain can be; and it was only after a few days when things cleared up that I realized what the headache had been caused by.

I don't know why you always have one, but maybe the above are some things you could consider as possible causes.

I'd say the most common cause is stress. They've got so many different classifications for headaches now. I had a headache every day for 6 months before. Mine sent me to a neurologist and he put me on meds for it. Also, a big cause of headaches is people that take Tylenol/aspirin/etc. constantly, get dependent on it. So when they don't take it, they get a headache-kind of a reverse situation. Check with the doc to rule out certain conditions.
