it sucks....you are supposed to have a low monthly bill and all these extras for one low price. i have been subscribed for nearly five months, with a basic package, and i am still paying more than i did with my regular phone provider. good luck.

I have a few friends that use it. They love the price. You can also check your Voice Mails on line. The problem is that when you lose power, no 911. (Most people don't realize that cordless phones don't work in a power outage either, only a corded phone works) If you have a cell phone for that type of emergency, you're ok. I guess you have to be sure that you trust your high speed internet connection.

I can only assume that the Service must be as AWFUL as their commercials! I wouldn't have it.
