1 box of jello
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 c booze
then use the little plastic cups and refridherate

We've made them with orange or cranberry jello and vodka many times

you can use the recipe for jello jigglers but I've found that you still need to use less water

Also you can make them by using any juice you want, whatever booze you want and knoxx gelatin (pink grapefruit juice and vodka or grapefruit juice and gin)

First you need to buy plastic cups...small ones so you can jam your tongue in them to get out all the jello goodness.
Basically you are replacing 1/2 of the water you are adding to the jello with alcohol.
Boil your water and add it to the jello and stir untill all of the crystals are disolved, then add your alcohol of choice before pouring into your little cups. Let set completely in fridge.
Make each jello pack one at a time.
Vodka or Rum are great alcohols to mix with, but for more interesting combinations you should try the flavoured vodka...they are a little less strong tasting, but have the same kick.

Take one 6 ounce box of jello, 2 cups hot water or juice and one cup alcohol.

mix the jello and hot water/juice thoroughly, add alcohol, mix again.

Pour into 2 oz jello shot cups or JelloJectors (tm) at (http://www.jelloshotz.com)

I agree with all the other answers, except substitute the vodka for flavored rum. Trust me, the ones with vodka have that rubbing alcohol flavor, the ones made with rum, you can hardly tell contain alcohol. Very very good! We have also put friut to coinside with the jello flavor in the shots- ie: raspberries in the raspberry jello made with raspberry flavored rum!! It just don't get much better than that!~

Make the Jell-O according to the directions on the box but substitute the water for vodka. If you can find the Jell-O "extreme flavors" those are the best for Jell-O shots. Buy the smallest paper or plastic cups you can find to make the shots with

Gotta go with Ellen on this one. We make a lot of jello shots and for one small box of jello boil one cup water add and dissolve jello and then add one cup cold vodka.

Or - lemon/lime jello and tequila...mmmm...mmmm.
