Chatting wide-spread stuff is legal. Chatting about obscenities and inquiring for sex to minor is prohibited. Sending written of verbal pornography to a minor is as undesirable as sending images or videos. assembly the minor head to head isn't unlawful by employing itself, what can make it unlawful is that if he tries to have an "unlawful sexual contact with a minor" (definition might want to variety searching on jurisdiction.) you better watch it cause more than likely it's not a minor its a cop checking out your interest....but in saying that if you are much older why the interest? really shouldn't your maturity be much more than hers and such then your interests should be very different...bottom line you are too old for her and i think you know you are playing around the edges of being sexually attracted to her which in and of itself is wrong and perverted...leave the kid alone and find someone your own age to chat with and also consider seeking help, there is something wrong here and you know it otherwise you wouldn't have posted to see if you could get others to agree with you.

You can chat on line with as many children as you like. The only time you risk legal action is if you suggest or agree to meeting up (without parental consent), or start talking about sexuality. Otherwise you are probably quite okay.

Its not illegal, but I personally wouldn't do it. Something could be misunderstood or totally twisted around, then your in trouble. Find someone who isn't a minor to talk to, just for your own sake. I personally don't allow my children to talk to others on the net, other than family, that I haven't personally met.

I wouldn't do it, even though it's "clean." You never know when Perverted Justice might be the "minor."

No, it is not illegal. By the way, the Caps Lock key is located on the left hand side above the shift key.
