wat should be the order of things in it and yah wat to include in strenghts and weakness( i want some attractive terminology) and for weakness speciaaly so att weakness part does not give negative impression

Put the strengths first.

Make the weakness something that has good parts like that you work too much or that you don't delegate or that you don't take enough breaks. Or that you sometimes ignore social chit-chat when involved in a project. Or that you are so excited about a problem that red-tape frustrates you (filling out long forms or waiting, etc.)

You have to focus very much on your strengths and if you fail to drill this into the minds of the recruiter,you are easily dismissed.You can not hide your weaknesses and they will automatically come out.The lesser you say about your weaknesses,on your own,the better will be the outcome.
