Here is a breif history. I have been off the pill since June or a bit earlier. I have PCOS(poly cyst syndr). I had period in July but nothing in August. I, ve been feeling pregnant since first days in august with all symptoms. I have done 2 pregnancy test @home and both negative (last on on Friday sept 8). Made an appointment with dr which is tomorrow. But on weekend got some bleeding. thought it would stop and it didn;t. it was kinda light first with a bit of cloth. today on wed, I am heavily bleeding. Went to bathroom and thought is saw something strange. Don't know if i had a misscarriage. Have been having painful cramps all morning and i might be wrong and seen the toilet paper instead of an actual tissue but don't think so. The size was about in total 2 inches, one side seemed a bit round and the other end was thin and about 1.5 cm wide it was whitish color but not clear color. I can't wait until tomorrow! maybe I was never pregnant but I'm sure I was. help?

First off @home test do not always work. I was 2 moths prego with my first and took 4 test and all came up neg. Second off I have had 2 misscarages. Your cramps will/should be more painful then normal. The tissue clumps usually fall out after a bad cramp. Now I was able to feel the clump pass threw when I was going to the bathroom and/or just sitting doing normal things. Your bleeding can be a brighter red or even and brown color. I would say if you felt the clump or something strange, like something fell out then you had a misscarage. But for sure see a dr or go the ER to make sure you are ok.

For starters, if you weren't pregnant enough to test positive on a EPT, then you aren't pregnant enough to have a 2 inch sac.
If you're concerned, you need to collect the "tissue" (which could very well be old blood, etc.) and keep it refrigerated/in a cooler until you can get it to your doc.
If you don't even know you were pregnant and your body aborted an embryo... then you really shouldn't bother yourself.
It's like worrying about an 'almost' car accident.
Also, your doc will probably tell you that it's possibly too soon to be ovulating after coming off the pill.

I don't know what to tell you other than you will have to wait til tomorrow or go to the emergency room today. You could have started your period. In any case you need medical treatment or at least to know if you were pregnant or miscarried. So take a deep breath and wait til tomorrow or go to the ER today. You can call your doctor today and talk to them and they might be able to see you today.

Maybe you should consider calling the Dr. instaed of waiting til your apt. He or the nurse may suggest you going to the hospital or going in sooned to get checked. I remember a friend of mine who saw something similar to your description and thought nothing, what happended was she did have a miscarriage and what she saw was the fetus. Please call your Dr. or Ask a nurse in your area. Hope this helps & good luck

You NEED to go to your emergency department NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! I have PCOS and I know all too well what you are going through. I have also had miscarriages.
PLEASE PLEASE Go and be seen by a doctor today!!!!!!
