How do you think the Koran became so corrupted? Shouldn't you just read the Bible to find out?

The Bible was translated in different versions.and in different time periods. More often than not, some didn't reflect the real meaning as when it was originally written. The Koran derived from the Bible and contain mostly the ideologies of Mohammed. In addition to the excerpts taken from the Bible, Mohammed added his own teachings. The Bible and Christianity have been in existence long ,long time ago before Koran and the Islam religion. Both should be considered as reference texts. And shouldn't be taken too literally.

Nope.
How can the Koran be uncorrupted, but the bible corrupt?
One person wrote the Koran in which was created after their death, 600 years after the bible, right?
If anything one witnesses account would be very questionable.
I respect the religion of Islam but it is NO better or accurate than any other religion...there is one God and we all pray to the same God.
God blesses me, loves me, and helps me without reading the Koran so that is what personally matters to me.

The Bible is not corrupted. It's the people that call themselves
interpreting. If you read the Bible Correctly you will find the koran is not the word od God. The word of God never changes.

Interesting... The Koran says the Torah and the Injeel was also given to the prophets... hence if it was "given", that implies, "given by God". If it was truly given by God, then that means it is incorruptable. If they are incorruptable, then the Islamic doctrine of the Torah and the Bible being corrupted is a lie.
Which is it? Did the Koran lie when it said that the Torah and the Bible were given to the prophets? Or did it lie when it said they were corrupted.
...and if the Torah and the Bible, being given by God, were indeed corrupted... then how can you be assured that the Koran has not been corrupted as well, especially considering that it was not given by God Himself (like the Torah and the Bible), but rather, by an archangel...?

Book A: "I am 100% correct, the only book that is."
Book B: "Book A has the right ideas, but it got corrupted. *I* am the only book that is 100% correct."
Book Truth: "Books A & B are man's attempt to turn a moral system into a religion so that people will act in the desired manner. Absent this code of morality, they're nothing but a pack of lies."
I'll stick with the Book of Truth and what it says abotu the Bible and the Koran, neither of which contain the Truth.

The Council of Nicea was one of the moments where the teachings of Christ were corrupted in order to establish canon law that all the priests could agree with. It had to do with politics and money, and NOT with any real love of spiritual reverence.
Christ spoke a great deal about free will, and many other things that todays conservative Christians would just have a heart attack over, such as acceptance of homosexuals, and non-judgement of others because they were different or of another faith. All of that was struck down by the Ecumenical Council as blasphemy, but the real reason was simply to establish a power base for the Catholic Church (the first truly organized expression of Christianity)

The Bible has not ....repeat, not become corrupted.
Learn something about The Dead Sea Scrolls.
They prove the bible has not changed over millenia.
People are corrupt as they try to force their square pegs into the roundness of the Bible.

I think the Holy Scriptures became corrupted when Christians added what they call the NT to it.
Yes, I do think people should read the Qur'an (and, ''The Message of the Holy Qur'an'' by Abdulah Yusef Ali). They should have a good idea as to what Islam is, so they would not be so bigoted.
