if your insured burst a pipe , let the water run all over the floor, it will also leak through the downstairs ceiling , and you can get two rooms totally redone off a claim , and you get tradesmaen in to do it , so you dont have top lift a finger, dont feel guilty , the big companies are always ripping us off

A reasonably priced pedestal sink < $100
I would pull up the floor and replace the sub floor since it is a bathroom and moisture may have intruded the floor and caused dry rot and mold possibly
I would put down reasonably priced ceramic tile or vinyl flooring.
If the shower/tub is an ugly tile then you can paint that too.
Paint the walls to make a world of difference -- a bold color maybe
a nice mirror for less than $100. Look at Ross or Marshalls or TJ Maxx for the mirror and maybe get it for less than $50
You can go cheap on faucet replacement but you get what you pay for, something under $100 may tarnish or rust over the years.
If by chance you have a home warranty you can get them to replace the toilet if it old and not working but you have to pay the deductible.

$200? Not much. Buy a piece of indoor outdoor rug for the floor, trim to fit. Re-paper the walls. New towels, shower curtain, toilet seat, window curtains, accessories. If there is more money, buy a pedestal sink with new faucet, and quality towel bars and soap dish and paper holder.

Can't do it on your budget. I'd suggest you start saving until you have at least 2 grand. I remodeled a small bathroom and it cost me 5 grand for everything - and I went conservative.

get a bigger budget.... if you need to replace the floor, you MIGHT be able to do it for $150, just for materials.
