i may not be an expert but hell do i know what you mean. really it's all in your head. i never fake anything not even when i am having sex. speak up girl and don't be ashamed or emberassed. we all need to blow off some steam. be the real you and for reals don't keep it inside cause it will get to the point where you are going to explode. iam talking through experience. how do you think i learned my lesson...? love ya!!!

They have to fake laugh at work, if they do not they may seem rude to other people. The whole point is that it is a "FAKE" laugh. If it was a real laugh, then it may be a little alarming.

Professionals separate work from home... I wouldn't necessarily call it 'fake' laughter. Just leave your outside stress where it lives.
For some people, their job is their only success. One can fall into the workaholic trap that way.

you are not suppose to bring your problems to work with you i just lost my grandmother a few days ago and i went to work the next day sometimes being around different situation can make you feel a little better even if you ARE GOING THROUGH SOME THINGS AT HOME

Start by smiling, even when you don't feel like it, think of something that genuinely makes you smile. Ask about people's lives, listen even if your thinking "why do I care?".
When people believe you care about them, they will show care and concern back, this in turn will lead to things which make you smile / laugh for real at work.

its easy,cause you put on a emotional mask so it looks like everything is ok even though its not,it helps the person in a bad way though to avoid the problem and go somewhere else like it never happened
