Hello,
I am in charge of our schools carnival...does anyone have any food ideas besides the obvious....hot dogs and chips? Some thing that will be cheap to make and a real money maker.

How would you make funnel cakes? Wouldn't it be expensive?

Nachos. Get chips, heat up a big can of cheese (get it from a wholesale club) and keep warm in a crock pot or something, and have canned jalepeno slices available. Buy those paper tray/bowls to put them in. You could also heat up canned chili if you wanted to make that available too.

Pizza is always a crowd favorite and very inexpensive to make.Another idea would be to rent a popcorn and cotton candy machine. It sells like hotcakes and has a large profit margin. Good luck!!!

i don't know how big your carnival is, but you could also have the kids each bring in xx dozen cookies and sell these, or cakes and sell those. Hope that helps.
