Frankly, I am asking this question because I didn' t want to move some heavy boxes to get the answer, but when I got nothing but guesses for answers, I found my 1954 Buick Shop Manual and a sales brochures, so here it is: AC was an option for ALL 1954 models and stick was standard for Special, Century, and Super; Dynaslush was standard for Roadmaster and Skylark. While I am thankful for the time and effort put forth by (so far) 4 people, please don't answer my questions if you are going to fake it.

Air conditioning was a very rare option on a 1954 vehicle, they weren't used on many vehicles until sometime in the late 60s.

No air on these cars, Packard did have air on cars since the 1940's and dynaflow automatic transmissions were pretty standard on Buicks at this point.
