Or the Pontiac Torrent. I love my Equinox. It's not boxy and ugly like Ford's cars. It drives great and it's Chevy which is the very best part.

Definately the Chevy Equinox because there engines last longer that those in the Ford Escapes!

Think fuel economy. Gas prices may be on the decline now, but what about when we get nailed by another hurrican and the gulf is wiped out and gas goes to $5 bucks a gallon. I would factor that into my purchase.

I own a Ford Escape and I love it. It's all preference though.
