The Commandment to love God above all else.
Matthew 22:35 Then one of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, and saying, 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?”
37 Jesus said to him, “ ‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment."
Peace.

Just to add to Suzanne's statement
1)Love the Lord your God with all of your heart, soul and mind.
2)And Love your nieghbor as yourself.
Point being you can't actually love God unless you love other people.
They are the reason for every commandment.

I am the Lord, your G-d, who has brought you out of the land of Egypt----the very first Commandment. If we remembered this-all else would fall in place.
Then, the second one. You shall have no other G-ds before me.
Our daily prayer strenghens it. ''Oh hear O Israel. The Lord our G-d, the Lord is One''.

The most important one is not to have other idols before you--to worship only God.

Coveting.
If we had coveting going on in the world, we'd be in serious trouble.
