hi i'm looking for a credit card that dosent require you to have an savings or checking account do you know of any that i can apply for

Probably won't find one, they pretty much want to see if you can be financially responsible. Can't prove you are if don't have a checking or savings.

I think that most credit card companies want you to have a checking account.

If your credit score is good, nearly any bank will issue an unsecured credit card. If it isn't, very few will.
