Odds are, if you haven't very recently bought a PC, you'll need to buy new hardware. Since that's the case, and the full version of Vista will cost almost as much as a Mac Mini, you might as well get a Mac. It comes with a better OS: better security, better plug and play, easier to use, and more useful features.
