we don't need to spend any money. Like my own routine includes some pushups, crunches, aerobic exercise, shadow boxing stretching, weights, and dancing..Tha'ts easy to formulate, so why do i even need to buy videos? I don't. Then you have all this testimonials in those tv commercials saying "This is the best workout ever" As if they don't have any idea, on how to make their own personal workout. Come on people..you don't have to do what other people tell you, you can make nice exercise and make it fun however you want.

I think that's great that you can make up your own things, excellent! This is a good talent that you have, remember tho that not everyone can do this, as a matter of fact it's rare that they can do it. Don't be too hard on everyone as you have the gift, maybe you'll want to use it to help others.

Yes, you could come up with your own routine, Some people can. Others need an external signal, if only a beat. Some people need to see other people doing things. Some people never take the DVD out of the box, and give it a try.

People are individuals. This is something you're good at, and for which you are self-motivated. Yes, some of the workouts aren't good for many people, and they're over hyped, but why would you try to discourage people from finding something that might make them healthier?

Simple, because not everyone has the proper knowledge on how to make a routine that will give them the full excercise they need. They don't know how much is enough and are afraid they might accidently not excercise all their muscles. Plus videos can be fun to do, and help get you motivated, specially if you get some friends together and you all do them.

Because a lot of people aren't knowledgeable about exercise and think it's easier to buy a tape. Cheaper than joining a gym, that's for sure. It might be "easy to formulate" for you, but not others.

That said, most people who buy exercise tapes stop using them in short order anyway.

Yeah, but I get bored doing crunches and pushups. Having dance music and learning new movements keeps it challenging. Besides, it's good for you to do things that your body isn't used to. And music has been proven to make exercise go by faster.
