I live it everyday here in Scottsdale,AZ.Its so overwhelming that only people in border states can understand the enormity of the problem.
I ride horses out in the desert for exercise and I am fully armed each time I go out.I have from time to time had to-order people off my land,and have had my workers hold them for ICE,they do come if they know you are serious.
All of my employees are legal with green cards,I am their sponsor,two will become citizens in Jan.2007.They are fine men and know their jobs well.I also have nationalities that work for me,and everyone gets along great. But none of the green card holders ever go deep into the city of Phoenix,they are afraid of the illegals and don't want to get beaten and robbed by their own people.yes its bad here in this state and it must be stopped.No amnesty,no illegals report them .Deportation not legalization

It's insane. I hope that AZ's representation/governor/officials etc. make a good showing in this coming year, at least hold their own until the Border Patrol can take up the slack along with the ICE.
The border's not the states' responsibility, but they're the ones that are having to pick up the ball and run with it, on this one....

This has been going on for years it is finally getting the attention of the elected officials. In this age of terror border security needs to be addressed but there are no simple solutions. 11 million illegals in this country did not show up here year ago.

We need the regular army on the border about 40 thousand troops wouls seal it off, give the troops shoot to kill orders....then get another 80 thousand troops to help ICE round up the 20 million illegals......Yes, that means we need to pulll the troops out of Iraq....So, they can actually secure america.

I say we take all the troops we have stationed in Europe and put them on the borders. Europeans just trash us, so it is time to take care of our own.
And while we are at it, we should announce that the UN building is closing. They should move it to France.
